Great location, super close to the night market, which is so convenient. the staff here are incredibly friendly, like, really nice. They go above and beyond with their service, it's awesome! 😊

Clean hotel, I appreciated outstandingly accommodating staff. The restaurant was excellent and the food was fantastic! The location was marvellous for visiting restaurants and cafés near the property. I found Pangea Beach Bar offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue.

We where there for 1 day, everything was great, liked its good and magnificent location just off restaurants😃

The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious food options, and the double room comes with great facilities like air conditioning.

We had an incredible experience at Grand House in Koh Lanta. the room was always spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the staff were beyond amazing - friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond for us. We were even surprised when they found my wallet that I had left in the room and brought it to me at the pier before I boarded my boat to Phuket. Their attitude and hospitality were truly remarkable. the location of the hostel was also perfect, just a short walk away from a beautiful beach. We can't recommend this place enough and will definitely be returning next year. Thanks to all the staff for their exceptional service!

This was my second fairly nice stay here and I would come here again. It was a holiday base for sightseeing in Koh Lanta and I had much fun.

The room is spacious and it has air conditioning, the hotel is conveniently located right by the beach, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, and close to the airport.

The staff here are exceptional and friendly, and the budget room is well-maintained with air conditioning.

The rooms here were great, new, and equipped with air conditioning, which we liked.

The location was fantastic, right by the beach and close to all the main attractions. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any request. The room was comfortable and spacious, with all the amenities one would expect from a modern hotel.

The Wi-Fi was occasionally unreliable, but this appeared to be an issue throughout the island. the lack of tea and coffee facilities outside of breakfast hours was a bit of a disappointment.

I had a fantastic stay at a well-maintained guesthouse with a playful and friendly lady welcoming us. The morning tea and coffee were a delightful touch. The rooms were comfortable and close to the beach. We also enjoyed renting a motorbike and doing our laundry onsite. I highly recommend this hotel for its welcoming atmosphere and convenient amenities.

This hotel is definitely a great value for money with lovely staff who go above and beyond to help with recommendations and transport bookings. The location is amazing, just a short 5-minute walk to the wonderful long beach. The rooms are equipped with all basic amenities and have comfortable beds with good bathrooms.

All was good - no negative aspects to mention.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived they were so welcoming and helpful during our romantic escape. the room was immaculate and had a balcony which was great for enjoying the stunning sunsets. We also loved the fact that we could rent a moped on site and explore the area on our own.

The room did get quite hot and the fan wasn't quite enough to keep us cool. We also noticed that the room was not cleaned on one of the days we were there.
